Dr. Edward Virgil opened Peak Posture & Performance PLLC with the intention of creating a practice that would combine the best of sport therapy, functional medicine, and spinal rehab to help every individual excel no matter the age or job. For example, scoliosis can fall into all three therapies needed for best outcome!

With over 10 years of clinical experience, Dr. Edward Virgil's practice follows the philosophy that therapy is most successful when people are treated as whole human beings, not as individual parts, and his work is focused on finding and treating the root causes. As a doctor his goal is to help every individual understand their own body.

Dr. Lydia Townsend came to Peak Posture & Performance In 2025. She has spent years before that while in Grad school honing her skills and optimizing her natural brilliance to apply optimized heath care to her patients. She has been considered part of the team before receiving her Doctorate. Her goals are to improve clinical treatments to speed the recovery of patients and decrease future injuries. Behind the scenes she is also passionate about animals and after getting advanced certifications in CBP will work on her Animal Chiropractic Certifications and Diplomates.
